Processing Your Order
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders are posted via Sendle or Australia Post.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping will take within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment, regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4 business days.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under $100, a standard postage as calculated at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cozydev.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Cozy Dev. To find out more about your parcel please contact Sendle.
Changes to your order
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact via email: info@cozydev.con,au immediately.If your order has already been processed, Cozy Dev accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the client incurring redirection fees. Cozy Dev reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
